A Little About Me

My photo
Burnaby, BC, Canada
Hi My name is Serena also known as "Reenybeanies" I became a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator because I enjoy Stamping and Crafting. I love being part of a company that inspires my creativity with exclusive stamps and accessories! I Joined Stampin'Up! in 2004 as a Club member I loved it so much spending time with new friends just sitting and talking and of course learning new and exciting techniques so I decided to become a demonstrator so that I could teach people the exciting world of Rubber Stamps. Where you can create Cards, Scrapbook Pages, Home Decor, Books, and More! its just not a craft its a time to spend a little time on you. I also wanted the versatility of having my own home business. I love being part of a company that allows me to plan my business around my schedule. If you want more information about Stampin’ Up!’s exciting products, or about Stampin’ Up!’s unique business opportunity, please contact me either through email or by phone. I can't wait to talk to you and share some fun and exciting projects.

Incorrect Measurement on the Envelope Punch Board

Stampin'Up!  have noticed that one of the envelope measurements on the Envelope Punch Board is incorrect. The dimensions for the 5-1/2" x 8" card size envelope are 1/4" too small. The correct envelope measurement for this card size is: 10-5/8" x 10-5/8" (paper size); 4-3/8" (score line). The Envelope Punch Board still functions perfectly and we have corrected the measurement chart on the punch board. New labels are available through Demonstrator Support, if you would like one. Or contact me and I will get you one. reenybeandesigns-stampinup@shaw.ca
Special reminder for Stampin' Up! cards:

These envelope measurements are meant for simple cards, without a lot of dimension. At Stampin' Up! we love adding dimension to our cards, but that can make the envelope a bit snug. So, if you need an envelope to fit your cards with lots of flair, go up an envelope size (or two) for the perfect fit.

World Card Making Day Contest and Events - 2013

Lets Celebrate World Card Making Day October 5th, 2013

Today is a very special day. It's a time when card makers around the world have an opportunity to gather together, take paper and ink in hand and demonstrate and celebrate their creative passion for card making. I hope you're one of them.

Not sure how to take part in this special day. Well you can look for events in your neighborhood, join a card making challenge at some of the sites I've listed below, or simply invite some friends in to your home and share this day.

To help you celebrate and kick off the card making season Stampin’ Up is having a contest . . . to inspire you even further! There are two ways to enter.

  • Post a photo of a card (or of you making a card) on Instagram on World Card Making Day. Mention us by typing @stampinup and use the hashtag: #wcmd2013 in the description.
This contest is open to everyone—demonstrators, customers, friends, spouses, children . . . you get the idea! However, there are a few conditions:

  • You must be over the age of 18 to win a prize.
  • You must use Stampin’ Up! products to create your project.
  • You may enter as many times as you wish, but each entry must feature a different card.
  • The contest will last all day on October 5, from midnight to midnight.
  • We will randomly select 100 winners from our English-speaking North American markets to receive a Paper Pumpkin kit.
A selection of pictures will be posted to our World Card Making Day Pinterest board and the winners will be announced in a current update.
